At airports, the chauffeur meets the passenger after baggage claim in arrivals, unless the confirmation names another meeting point. Tailored Solutions for Companies
There is no fixed corporate price list. Fares depend on route, distance, service and vehicle class, and the booking form shows the full price in euros, including taxes, before you confirm. Consolidated invoices can include VAT and cost-centre details. Account clients pay on agreed terms; first-time or one-off bookings usually require advance payment by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Companies that want a single account for staff and client transport can register through the CabRide business partner programme.

How Corporate Booking Works: 1. Enter the pickup, destination or number of hours, date, time, passengers and luggage — add the flight number for airport pickups. 2. Choose the service and vehicle class; the fixed price is shown before you confirm. 3. Receive your confirmation by email or in the app, with meeting point details. 4. Your chauffeur meets the passenger at the agreed point and helps with luggage.
