How do I book a ride?

What's included in my fare?

A private vehicle with a professional chauffeur, standard free waiting time, and route planning for the booked route or hours. Any extras appear before you confirm or in your booking confirmation.

Do you track flights?

Yes. If you share your flight number, we monitor arrival time and adjust dispatch accordingly. The meeting point is shown in your confirmation, usually in the arrivals hall after baggage claim or at the airport's designated meeting area.

How much waiting time is included?

Accepted Answer

Airports: 60 minutes from landing. Stations: 30 minutes from scheduled arrival. Hotels/home addresses: 15 minutes from pickup time. After that, waiting is billed in started 15-minute blocks.

Can I cancel my ride?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Inside 4 hours the fare is non-refundable.

How do payments and refunds work?

Pay by bank transfer, credit/debit card (secure link), or PayPal. Cash may be available on select routes by prior arrangement. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7-12 business days after approval. Available payment methods can vary by city or partner and are shown at checkout.

Which vehicle should I choose? Do you offer child seats or accessibility?

Choose by passenger and luggage counts as your guide. If in doubt, move one category up for comfort. Child seats and accessibility support are available on request; please tell us in advance.

Can I add extra stops or book hourly or multi-day service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Book hourly for meetings and errands, or ask us to plan multi-stop intercity routes. Extra stops on point-to-point trips and overtime on hourly bookings may be billed according to your vehicle category.

Which airports do you serve?

In the UK we cover Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City. In Germany we cover Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Hahn, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Bremen — all with meet and greet and flight tracking included.

Yes. Every airport transfer is a fixed price shown before you confirm your booking, with no meter and no surprise charges for traffic or waiting.

Enter your pickup airport and drop-off address, your flight number, and your travel date and time, then choose a vehicle. You get an instant, fixed-price quote and a confirmation with your driver details before pickup.

How do I track my driver?

Once a driver is assigned, your account shows their name, vehicle, and estimated arrival time, with an updated ETA if anything changes en route.
